FALLBROOK : Man Shot in Head at Halloween Party
A shooting at a raucous Halloween party in Fallbrook Saturday night left an 18-year-old man in critical condition with a gunshot wound to the head.
San Diego County Sheriff’s detectives said a gunman shot Raymond Taumaoe on Oceanside after a fight erupted a party at a house at 38086 De Luz Road. There were about 600 people at the party at the time, detectives said.
The suspect, who escaped on foot, was described as a 6-foot, 180-pound black man, between 17 and 25 years old, wearing dark bib overalls.
Taumaoe was listed in critical condition Sunday at Palomar Hospital.
