San Diego : Car Crash Kills 19-Year-Old Woman
A 19-year-old woman was killed in a single-car crash in Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego police said Friday.
Leslie Joy Villanueve, 19, of Mira Mesa, was killed when her car flipped onto the 11400 block of Corley Court at 11:40 p.m. Thursday, the county medical examiner’s office said.
Police said Villanueve had been speeding westbound along Calle Cristobal about 3 miles from her home when she hit a brick wall and flipped onto Corley Court. An unidentified male passenger suffered minor injuries, police said.
