DARK ARENA: Sunday was the deadline for National Hockey League teams to notify President Gil Stein if they wanted to move next season. None did (B1). That’s bad news for Anaheim Arena, scheduled to open in May. It had hoped to lure a major hockey franchise after this season. . . . But says Stein: “I don’t have any reason to believe anyone’s planning to try to move there.” Without a sports team, the arena will try to live off concerts.
