Taft 21, Manual Arts 14--Quarterback Mike Ferguson passed for one touchdown and ran for two more, including the game-winner early in the fourth quarter, to lead Taft in the opening round of the 3-A Division playoffs at Woodland Hills.
After falling behind 14-0 at halftime, Manual Arts tied the score on its first two possessions of the second half with a 19-yard touchdown run and a 14-yard touchdown catch by Kareem Wafer.
