BORREGO SPRINGS : Sheriff’s Deputies Find Man’s Body
San Diego County sheriff’s detectives are investigating the death of a man whose body was discovered near a rural road during a flyover by a sheriff’s helicopter.
The partially decomposed body was spotted on an embankment 5 miles west of Borrego Springs by deputies on routine helicopter patrol about 10:30 a.m. Saturday, officials said. It was described as that of a man wearing jeans, a plaid shirt, snakeskin belt and cowboy boots.
