Arkansas, unranked after losing Todd Day, Oliver Miller and Lee Mayberry to the NBA, appeared at No. 16 in the Associated Press poll after upsetting eighth-ranked Memphis State and ninth-ranked Arizona last week.
Duke, No. 4 last week, returned to the top of the poll after a 79-68 victory over Michigan, which was No. 1 last week. Duke received 36 first-place votes and 1,596 points from the nationwide panel of writers and broadcasters.
UCLA is ranked 12th.
