The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between Dec. 7 and Dec. 13: Glendale East Mountain Street, 1000 block--A house under construction was burglarized between 10:15 a.m. and 1:20 p.m. Dec. 8, and power tools valued at $2,660 were stolen. Foothill Boulevard, 3800 block--A man waiting in an unlocked car at a convenience store was robbed at gunpoint of his wallet and his car at 10:38 p.m. Dec. 8. Two men were arrested in the stolen vehicle after it was involved in a traffic accident a short time later. Colorado and Griswold Streets--Two boys snatched a homeless woman’s purse, containing $30 in cash and food stamps, and fled at 7:10 p.m. Dec. 9. West Glenoaks Boulevard, 600 block--A man working at a doughnut shop was robbed of $61 by a man who paid for a jelly doughnut and then drew a weapon at 3:52 p.m. Dec. 11. South Central Avenue, 100 block--Two women, described by police as a court bailiff and a court reporter, were arrested for investigation of shoplifting at a department store at 11:41 p.m. Dec. 11. Colorado Street and Chevy Chase Drive--A woman’s purse, containing $107, was stolen by a man as she crossed the street at 10:10 p.m. Dec. 11. East Garfield Avenue, 200 block--A man who confronted four men sitting in his car at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 12 was assaulted by two of the men and robbed of a pistol, valued at $595, and a car stereo of undetermined value. South Brand Boulevard, 1800 block--A man forcefully snatched a purse, of unknown value, from a woman’s shoulder as she opened the door of her business at 4:33 p.m. Dec. 13. A witness attempted to intervene, but was threatened with a screwdriver as the thief and an accomplice fled in a car. Thompson Avenue, 200 block--Burglars kicked in the door of a house and stole a revolver, valued at $200, on Dec. 13 or 14. La Canada Flintridge Foothill Boulevard, 500 block--A cellular telephone, valued at $500, was taken from a woman’s purse as she shopped at a supermarket at 3:20 p.m. Dec. 9. Montrose Ocean View Boulevard, 3800 block--Thieves forced open the front door of a business and stole an empty floor safe, valued at $400, and papers pertaining to a lawsuit, on Dec. 9 or 10. Atwater Village Glendale Freeway and Fletcher Drive--A woman walking away from an automated teller machine was robbed at gunpoint of her car at 6:15 p.m. Dec. 12. Cypress Park North Figueroa Street, 2000 block--A bar was broken into between 1:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Dec. 7, and money and supplies, valued at $8,180, were stolen. San Fernando Road, 1100 block--Burglars cut a hole in a metal door of a gas station and stole industrial equipment, valued at $19,500, at 2:20 a.m. Dec. 9. Eagle Rock Eagle Rock Boulevard, 4900 block--Two men robbed a fast-food restaurant employee of $100 at 7:10 p.m. Dec. 8. Eagle Rock Boulevard, 4900 block--A woman in a parking lot was robbed at gunpoint of $230 at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 8. Eagle Rock Boulevard, 4700 block--Computer equipment, valued at $1,230, was reported stolen from a garage on Dec. 10. Colorado Boulevard, 2600 block--A fast-food restaurant employee was robbed at gunpoint of $80 at 12:25 a.m. Dec. 12. Lanark Street, 1100 block--Burglars pried their way through a door to enter a house where they stole a stereo and video equipment, valued at $7,090, between 9:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Dec. 11. Echo Park Redesdale Avenue, 1600 block--Thieves opened a car trunk and stole a cellular phone and stereo, valued at $4,090, on Dec. 6 or 7. Figueroa Terrace, 900 block--An apartment was ransacked and jewelry, valued at $1,100, was stolen between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Dec. 8. Figueroa Terrace, 900 block--Recorded music and telephone equipment, valued at $8,400, were stolen from an apartment between noon and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 8. New Depot Street, 900 block--Two men with a handgun robbed a pedestrian of $100 at 7:45 p.m. Dec. 11. Montana Street, 1800 block--Two gunmen forced a woman out of her car and robbed her of $63 at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 12. Figueroa Terrace, 900 block--Burglars stole camera equipment and recorded music, valued at $2,550, between 4 a.m. and 6 p.m. Dec. 12. Glassell Park Verdugo View Terrace, 4100 block--Tools and a TV, valued at $2,520, were stolen from a locked garage between 9:45 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. Dec. 7. Toland Way, 3900 block--Burglars forced open the back door of a house and stole cameras and video equipment, valued at $1,240, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Dec. 8. Rome Drive, 800 block--Thieves entered a house through a pet door and stole electronic equipment, valued at $4,950, between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 9. Division Street, 3700 block--Burglars forced open a garage door to enter a house, where they stole a TV, valued at $2,000, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. Dec. 11. Glenalbyn Drive, 4200 block--A pizza deliveryman was surrounded by four men and robbed of $355 at 11:50 p.m. Dec. 11. Idell Street, 2600 block--Two men robbed a liquor store employee of beer and $312 at 6:15 p.m. Dec. 12. Highland Park York Boulevard, 5100 block--Two men jumped over the counter of a business, placed a knife to an employee’s throat and ordered him to the floor before fleeing with $160 at 8 p.m. Dec. 8. Roble Avenue, 6400 block--A burglar climbed through an open apartment window and stole money and a stereo, valued at $1,025, between 6 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Dec. 9. York Boulevard, 6400 block--Two men armed with a sawed-off shotgun robbed a gas station attendant of $200 at 7:10 p.m. Dec. 11. Armadale Avenue, 1300 block--A woman was asked for the time by two men who then threatened her and robbed her of a purse and wallet, the contents of which were valued at $11,615, at 6:35 p.m. Dec. 13. Los Feliz Los Feliz Boulevard, 3700 block--Thieves smashed the window of an apartment, ransacked the premises and stole jewelry and other property, valued at $2,200, between 7:30 and 9:40 a.m. Dec. 8. Mt. Washington West Avenue 37, 900 block--Computer equipment, valued at $1,500, was stolen from a yard between 10 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7. West Avenue 41, 4400 block--Money and telephone equipment, valued together at $2,650, were stolen from a house between 1:45 and 3:30 p.m. Dec. 7. Sunset Boulevard, 4500 block--A man asked a pedestrian for the time and then took the individual’s jewelry, valued at $970, at 2 p.m. Dec. 10. Silver Lake Sunset Boulevard, 2700 block--Burglars pried open a hotel room door, ransacked the premises and stole luggage and clothing, valued at $2,700, between 8 a.m. and 7:40 p.m. Dec. 7. Hollydale Drive, 3300 block--A dog, valued at $790, was stolen from a yard between 4:45 and 6:50 p.m. Dec. 9. Rowena Avenue, 2800 block--Four men with an ice pick robbed a person on the sidewalk at 3:15 p.m. Dec. 10 of clothing, valued at $280.
