ANAHEIM : Gang, Drug Hot Line Inaugurated by City
City officials have begun operating a hot line that will provide information to residents about combatting gangs and drugs.
The Gang/Drug Referral Hotline is being staffed by volunteers from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. They can refer callers to diversion and counseling programs.
Such a hot line was requested by the Gang/Drug Task Force, which examined the city’s gang and narcotic problems earlier this year.
The telephone number is (714) 254-4444.
