The Phoenix Suns activated rookie center Oliver Miller and put Tim Kempton on the injured list. Miller, who was leading the Suns with an average of 1.67 blocks in his first 18 games, missed the last five games after sustaining a stress reaction in his right foot. Kempton is suffering from tendinitis in his left Achilles’ tendon.
