Howie Long of the Raiders was added to the AFC team for Sunday’s Pro Bowl at Honolulu, replacing Bruce Smith of the Buffalo Bills at defensive end.
Long, who will play in his seventh Pro Bowl, was in Hawaii on other business and immediately began practicing. He was the first alternate at defensive end.
