Community Psychiatric Centers Announces Promotions

Geoffrey J. Deutsch has been promoted to executive vice president, marketing and client services, for Community Psychiatric Centers in Laguna Hills. Deutsch, who joined the company in 1991 as vice president of marketing, had been senior vice president. Also promoted to executive vice president was John F. Randazzo, president of the company’s managed care division. Randazzo came to Community Psychiatric in 1991 to develop the division. In addition, Lester S. Keizer, formerly vice president, residential treatment services, was made a senior vice president. He has directed the development and operation of the company’s residential treatment centers for adolescents since he joined Community Psychiatric in 1990. Also promoted to senior vice president was Kathy L. Bolmer, who had been vice president of the company’s partial hospitalization services since 1991. Morgan Staines, an 11-year employee, was made corporate secretary in addition to his current positions as vice president and corporate counsel.
