COVET THE COVE: By summer of ‘94, you’ll be able to book a night on one of Southern California’s most spectacular beaches. . . . Residents of cabins at Crystal Cove State Beach will be forced out June 30 when the state leases expire. They will be renovated and then rented to vacationers. Rates haven’t been set, but housing at state parks is pretty reasonable. “This is going to be a very popular site,” says chief ranger Rich Gililland.
