Jim Jackson of the Dallas Mavericks was charged with waving a gun at four teens in December, a Franklin County Municipal Court official said.

Jackson, a former Ohio State player, was charged with one count of aggravated menacing, one count of carrying a concealed weapon in a motor vehicle and four counts of disorderly conduct.

If convicted, Jackson could be fined up to $1,000 and sentenced to six months in jail on the menacing charge.
