Presidential Endorsement: President Clinton, speaking to reporters in Little Rock, Ark., gave Clint Eastwood the presidential stamp of approval Tuesday for his two-Oscar performance at the Academy Awards. “He’s very deserving,” Clinton the movie fan said. “I saw the movie. I liked it very much.”
