Phebus Wins ITA Circuit Tournament
NEWPORT BEACH —
UCLA’s Keri Phebus, a former Corona del Mar High School standout, defeated Lisa Alipaz of San Diego State and Canyon High, 6-3, 6-2, to win the women’s singles title Saturday at the Oakwood/Marymount College ITA Circuit tournament at Oakwood Newport North Tennis Courts.
