LOS ANGELES : Court Date Is Postponed for Ex-Boyfriend of Fleiss
A Los Angeles Municipal Court judge on Wednesday postponed until Sept. 9 a scheduled court appearance for television director Ivan Nagy, who was arrested early this month for suspected pandering.
Nagy, the ex-boyfriend and sometime nemesis of accused madam-to-the-stars Heidi Fleiss, was taken into custody along with accused madam Julie Conatser for allegedly recruiting women into a high-priced call-girl ring.
No formal charges have been filed, which Conatser’s attorney said is “a positive sign.” But Deputy Dist. Atty. Alan Carter said he simply needed more time to review the case to determine whether the two should be prosecuted.
