CRA Hearing Scheduled: The location of the Community Reinvestment Act hearing set for 10 a.m. Sept. 8 has been changed to the California Museum of Science and Industry at Exposition Park, Kinsey Auditorium, 700 State Drive in Los Angeles. Federal bank and thrift regulators are holding public forums in Los Angeles and other cities to develop ways of better enforcing federal anti-redlining laws. The site was changed from the UCLA campus after community groups complained that the site was less accessible to low- and moderate-income community members.
