Green Goddess Dressing

Share

DEAR SOS: Thanks for the many years of great recipes--now it’s my turn to reciprocate. Green goddess dressing was at one time the only dressing that diners asked for when I worked at the Velvet Turtle. Most people thought avocado made it green, but it actually got a boost from green food coloring, which did not detract from its delicious taste. Here is the recipe as I know it.
