The NBC and syndicated family sitcom Punky Brewster (Sundays at 8 p.m. and Fridays at 6 p.m.) joins the Family Channel lineup. Soleil Moon Frye stars as a young tyke who has been abandoned by her parents. George Gaynes (“Tootsie”) is the grouchy old man who decides to help her.

For the young at heart: Disney Channel presents The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show (Mondays-Wednesdays at 6 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays at 9 a.m.), which features the classic CBS “Peanuts” TV specials.

Loni Anderson was just a teen-ager when Burt Reynolds appeared on a two-part Flipper (Monday-Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. on Nickelodeon) about a thief who steals the Ricks family’s motor launch.

Jackie Coogan of “The Addams Family” fame guests on The Partridge Family (Monday at 8 p.m. on Nickelodeon) in an episode in which Shirley’s parents squabble.
