The proposals include a university-related research park, a high school, a job training center and housing for the homeless.
The Navy will decide what will become of the property, which will be vacated next year.
The first meeting is scheduled for 7 tonight at Webster Elementary School, 1755 W. 32nd Way. The second meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at Veterans Park, 101 E. 28th St.
