Glendale Falls in First Round

Glendale College reserves Eugene Hatch and Mike Macchia combined for 24 points, but the Vaqueros fell to L.A. Southwest, 89-76, Wednesday night in the first round of the Glendale tournament.

Glendale (5-4) never led, but cut the deficit to five points with 12 minutes remaining. However, Southwest (9-2) pulled away.
