Farmers Market Goes on Road
The Wednesday Santa Monica Farmers Market--the largest gathering of its kind in Southern California--is moving for the next month while clean-up crews repair earthquake damage in Santa Monica’s Second Avenue and Arizona Street area.
Until further notice, the market--and its companion Saturday market--will be held at the corner of Pico Boulevard and Cloverfield Boulevard, which is already the site of a separate Saturday farmers market. The two will be combined until the repairs are completed, with farmers getting stalls on a first-come, first-served basis.
