OAKLAND--”Celebrating the Americas” is the theme of the 12th annual Festival at the Lake, June 3-5 in Lakeside Park at Lake Merritt. FRAZIER PARK--The 13th annual Lilac Festival and Artisan Faire is June 4-5 at VillageCenter of Pine Mountain Club.
