FIFA, soccer’s world governing body, reports it is satisfied with security arrangements during the World Cup.

“Owing to the good spirit of fans and their overall attitude, there has been no evidence of hooliganism and no significant incidents have occurred so far,” a statement said.

There have been 312 arrests among the more than 2.5 million who have attended matches. Of those arrested, 161 involved ticket scalping. Twelve have been arrested for public drunkenness.

There also were 833 cases of fans requiring medical treatment, 95% for heat-related problems.
