So Romario and Bebeto hate each other, right? Are secretly hoping for the goal mouth to open up one of these days and devour the other, right?

So what were they doing, side by side in an impromptu conga line during Saturday’s Brazil-Holland quarterfinal, pretending to rock Bebeto’s newborn son as they celebrated the goal Bebeto had just scored?

“Here are the two guys that are continuously being questioned about being rivals and enemies and all that other nonsense,” said Brazil team liaison Francisco Marcos. “You don’t have to go join a rocking celebration of your ‘enemy’s’ child if you just want to give him a high-five because you’re not his friend.”
