OUT OF JAIL: In a matter of hours, CSUN football player Jonathan Beauregard went from bars to pads. He posted $100,000 bail, then went to practice with the Matadors (C1). . . . Beauregard, 22, is charged with two counts of attempted murder and had been in custody in Rancho Cucamonga since his Oct. 19 arraignment.

ROAD TO NOWHERE: Opponents called it “the cart before the horse.” County supervisors gave a waste-disposal firm permission to design an Antelope Freeway off-ramp for the controversial Elsmere Canyon dump in the Santa Clarita Valley. Trouble is, the board has yet to give the company permission to build the dump itself. . . .
