Baskin-Robbins Relocates Its Dry Goods Warehouse

Baskin-Robbins USA Co. is relocating its east Ventura dry goods warehouse to Oxnard. The ice cream company is leasing a 14,000-square-foot space in the Vineyard Industrial Park.
Fred Ferro, the broker who negotiated the new lease for Vineyard, said Baskin-Robbins was unable to extend its lease in an industrial park off Victoria Avenue. Ferro is with Grubb & Ellis Co.
Vineyard is owned by Seacoast Associates.
