In the tournament’s third-place game:
Villa Park 46, Rancho Alamitos 28--Missy Bynon scored 14 points and Meghan Reynolds had 12 points and 15 rebounds to lead Villa Park (6-3), which outscored Rancho Alamitos, 24-13, in the second half.

In nonleague games:
El Dorado 57, Fullerton 33--Shanna Renken scored 16 points and Jamie Nebeker added 14 to lead host El Dorado (6-1). Nadia Hoerner scored 12 points for Fullerton (4-5).
Garden Grove 58, Compton Dominguez 45--Janine Shaw scored 21 points and Lorrie Duran added 16 for host Garden Grove (2-5).
Laguna Hills 55, Corona Del Mar 39--Tayyiba Haneef had 15 points for Laguna Hills. Sarah Warmington scored a game-high 22 points for Corona Del Mar (3-7).
Mater Dei 76, Rosary 55--Melody Peterson had a game-high 24 points and Rhonda Gondringer had 18 for third-ranked Mater Dei (5-0).
Mission Viejo 53, Loara 18--Kortney Okura and Jill Barker each scored 12 points for Mission Viejo (6-3).
Western 48, Calvary Chapel 42--Jennifer Christensen scored 13 of her team-high 17 points in the second half as Western overcame a one-point halftime deficit.
Adrienne Ratajczak had eight points, nine rebounds and eight steals for the Pioneers (5-5).
Whittier Christian 76, Hesperia Christian 60--Alana Kempton scored a game-high 32 points, including six three-pointers, to lead Whittier Christian (8-2). Christy Cruz scored 26 for Hesperia Christian.

In nonleague girls’ soccer:
Fountain Valley 3, Corona del Mar 0--Mindy Miller, Amber Miller and Debbie Blake each scored goals to lead host Fountain Valley (9-1).
Villa Park 3, Santa Ana 0--Susan Mendez scored all three of Villa Park’s goals to lead the Spartans (6-0). Christie Alviso had two saves to earn the shutout.
