Super Bowl tickets that originally went for $200 are being sold by scalpers for up to $1,250 in Miami.

That gets you in the end zone. And for a mere $850 you can get a seat high in the upper decks at Joe Robbie Stadium.

Ticket scalping is illegal in Florida, but it’s going on, and the scalpers are even advertising.

A licensed travel agency can sell tickets for more than their original cost if they include the tickets in a package, including such things as hotel and a meal.

One broker, quoting $950 for an end-zone seat, laughed at the suggestion of a package deal.

“Package? Yes, that includes the ticket and my good wishes.”
