Prep Soccer Playoff Pairings Announced
The Southern Section announced its schedule for Tuesday’s soccer playoff semifinal games. All games begin at 3 p.m.
Fountain Valley (21-3), the top-seeded team in boys’ Division I travels to Capistrano Valley (17-3-5) and Woodbridge (19-5-5) plays host to Rancho Cucamonga (15-7-4) in a Division III game.
Top-seeded Marina (19-0-1), with a 59-game unbeaten streak, travels to Santa Margarita (22-4-2) in a Division I girls’ game. Claremont (27-1-2) plays at Irvine (17-3-6).
In a Division II girls’ matchup, wild-card Laguna Hills (15-7-3) is at top-seeded Ventura Buena (27-2-2) and El Modena (21-5-1) plays at Long Beach Poly (17-4-3).
Brea Olinda (19-2-5) is at Rowland Heights Rowland (17-7-2) in a Division III girls’ game.
