BRIEFLY : Festival: Music, Art and Food Featured
The third annual Music and Arts Festival will be held Friday through Sunday and June 23 to 25 at Admiralty and Bali ways in Marina del Rey.
The festival will feature music groups, gallery and art displays, and food booths. Highlighting the festival will be a “Symphony by the Sea” performance by the Westchester Symphony Orchestra and the Marina Choral Singers.
A limited and signed edition of a commemorative poster for this year’s event will be sold. Proceeds from the festival will benefit the City of Hope’s Beckman Research Institute to continue its treatment and research of leukemia and other forms of cancer, diabetes and AIDS.
Festival hours will be 5 to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $7, $3 for senior citizens. Information: (310) 823-3444.
