The three-year-old CISL on Thursday named Portland the host city for the first CISL all-star game, Aug. 15 at the Memorial Coliseum. Portland was chosen over six other sites vying for the game. Although the league is divided into three divisions, the teams will be composed of players from the eight westernmost teams playing all stars from seven teams from the East.
