77TH PGA CHAMPIONSHIP: RIVIERA : He’s Definitely Not Guilty of This One
A curious thing has happened since O.J. Simpson was incarcerated more than a year ago.
His golf handicap, still posted in the Riviera men’s locker room, has dropped from about 12 to 4.7.
As a joke, someone is signing Simpson’s name to his cards and submitting the scores to the Southern California Golf Assn., which has been putting the figures into its computer.
If you believe the SCGA, Simpson last month shot a 74 at Sandpiper and a 73 at Indian Ridge.
