2 Quakes Within 5 Hours Reported
SUNLAND —
Two minor earthquakes rattled the same area of the San Fernando Valley within five hours of each other Friday, Caltech seismologists reported.
The temblors both occurred seven miles north of Sunland. The first, a magnitude 3.3, was reported at 12:37 p.m. The second, at 4:50 p.m., registered 3.2.
There were no reports of damage or injuries.
