Head of Task Force on Aging to Speak
Elvis Bozarth, chairman of the Task Force on Aging, will address the public at the general membership meeting of ARC-Ventura County at 7 p.m. Thursday.
Bozarth will speak on “New Awareness of an Old Problem--Aging and Developmental Disabilities.”
