Mary Star 21, St. Genevieve 0--Phillip Trutanich rushed 11 times for 68 yards, scored a touchdown and kicked three extra points as the Stars (5-5, 5-2) kept their playoff hopes alive at Daniels Field in San Pedro.
Rickey Estrada gained 63 yards in 11 carries for the Valiants (3-7, 2-5), who were shut out for the fourth time this season.
St. Genevieve’s Vince Pisano and Rodney Villanueva failed to complete a pass. Pisano threw three and Villanueva four.
