Brentwood running back Rico Saken finished the season with 1,305 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns, leading the Eagles to their third eight-man championship in four years. . . . Sean Davidson scored 34 points in Westview’s 80-38 victory over Stoneridge. . . . Megan McKenna had a goal and an assist to help the Beverly Hills girls’ soccer team beat Marymount, 3-0, in its season opener. Courtney Walker and Gina Stewart also scored for the Normans. . . . Brentwood and Windward were eliminated from the girls’ state volleyball tournament. Brentwood was eliminated in the Southern Regional semifinals in five sets by Mission Prep of San Luis Obispo, and Windward lost the Division VI championship game in three sets to The Bishop’s School in La Jolla.
