Robert C. King has been appointed vice president-business development at Advanced Photonix Inc. in Camarillo. He has held senior sales and marketing positions with PCO in Chatsworth, Wangtek in Simi Valley and Granger Associates in Santa Clara.

* Victor Davis is the new vice president-systems development and Don Mossman is the new vice president-purchasing at Reddi Brake Supply Corp. in Ventura.

Davis was formerly Reddi’s vice president-purchasing. Mossman was formerly with Express Undercar in Irvine, Wesco Auto Parts and Cardis Corp.

* Jacqueline Breese has been selected senior project manager in the Camarillo office of ENSR, a national environmental services concern. She was formerly with Exxon Co. USA.

* William L. Sanders was named executive vice president and chief financial officer of Glendale-based Fidelity Federal Bank. Previously, Sanders was chief financial officer of Home Savings of America, a subsidiary of H. F. Ahmanson & Co.

Sanders replaces Mark K. Mason, who will continue to serve on Fidelity Federal’s board of directors.

Also, Stephen J. Austin was named senior vice president and director of internal audit. Previously, Austin was chief financial officer of Union Federal Bank.

* T HQ Inc., a Calabasas maker of electronic games, has appointed Michael Haller as senior vice president. Haller, a former diplomat, has been a consultant to the company for about a year, and has been responsible for obtaining new products for T-HQ’s home entertainment software line.

In addition, Steve Ryno was promoted to vice president of product development from director of product development. Germaine Gioia was elevated to vice president of marketing from director of marketing. T HQ also said Stefan Dietrich has been named vice president of finance and administration.

* Nestle USA Inc., the Glendale-based subsidiary of the Swiss food giant, has named Peter Argentine as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Argentine was formerly senior vice president of corporate planning and development for Nestle USA. He succeeds Mario Corti, who has moved to an executive position at Nestle headquarters in Switzerland.

In addition, Martin Holford was promoted to executive vice president of supply chain operations for Nestle USA from his former post as senior vice president of the company’s industrial operations.
