A teenager was charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a Canadian student on spring break in Daytona Beach, Fla., as hundreds of other students flocked to a memorial service for the victim. Donald Shoup, 18, of Ormond Beach, stopped a police officer in his hometown and told him he was wanted in the slaying of 18-year-old Mark Fyke of Belleville, Ontario, police said. Shoup lives in a public housing complex about 10 miles from the crime scene, police said. Fyke was shot while talking to his mother from a pay phone outside his beachside motel.
