Two small aftershocks of the Northridge earthquake rippled across the San Fernando Valley on Sunday.

The first was a 2.8 shaker that struck at 4:46 a.m., with an epicenter about four miles north of San Fernando, said Caltech seismologist Doug Givens.

The second temblor was centered seven miles northeast of Simi Valley at 11:08 a.m. and registered 3.1, he said.
