Police Capture 2 Bank Robbery Suspects
CANOGA PARK —
Two men were arrested Monday on suspicion of robbing a Bank of America branch at 20118 Roscoe Blvd., Los Angeles police reported.
The men, who escaped with an unknown amount of cash, drove to a nearby mini-mall where one was arrested by West Valley officers, police said.
The other man apparently fled on foot but was captured a short time later, police said.
Both were being held in the West Valley jail and were being interviewed by robbery detectives investigating a series of bank holdups in the area.
