The latest in a long line of sales-motivated, all-star rap soundtracks, “Sunset Park” throws up more bricks than field goals. Ghostface Killer’s stellar “Motherless Child,” Mobb Deep’s eerie “Back at You” and MC Lyte’s playful “Keep On Keeping On” are among the few slam dunks on a lackluster effort.
