Man Pulled From Pool Dies Later
A 30-year-old man, who was apparently teaching a relative to swim, died hours after nearly drowning in a mobile home park’s swimming pool, authorities said Monday.
The Santa Ana resident, whose name was being withheld pending family notification, was pulled from a pool in the 3400 block of Washington Avenue about 3 p.m. Sunday, fire and coroner’s investigators said.
He was taken to Garden Grove Hospital and Medical Center, where he died at 11:30 p.m., coroners said.
