Port Hueneme police are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of two teenage boys who broke into a condominium and terrorized a family at gunpoint last month.

The two teens broke into the condo in the 700 block of East Pleasant Valley about 1:15 p.m. May 5. They forced a husband and wife to the floor at gunpoint and demanded to know the whereabouts of their son, whom they threatened to kill.

After fruitlessly searching the condo for the teenage son, the pair fled, police said.

The gunman is described as stocky, Latino, 5 feet, 3 inches tall with slicked-back black hair. He was wearing a puffy sports jacket and was holding a silver handgun.
