Outlook: With six of their top seven back from a team that won the county meet in the most dominating fashion in meet history, look for more of the same in 1996. A third-place State Division II finish followed the week after a section Division II-AA title a year ago. Leonard won the league title and was third in the county meet and Kroninger was third and fourth in the same races. Smith and Barbour were also among the top eight in the league victory for the Dolphins, and Fitzgerald had the best track season of the bunch. She ran a county-best 2 minutes, 15.55 seconds for 800 meters and advanced to the State Meet.
