Death of Pedestrian Closes Freeway Lanes

ANAHEIM — An unidentified pedestrian in the westbound lanes of the Riverside Freeway was hit by a car and killed Friday night, authorities said.
All westbound freeway lanes were closed after the accident at 10:08 p.m. near the Imperial Highway offramp, said a spokeswoman for the California Highway Patrol.
