Two Tournaments Set This Weekend
Two top water polo events--the Southern California Invitational and the Villa Park Tournament--are this week.
The Villa Park Tournament, which features six teams ranked in the Orange County top 10, starts today at Villa Park, Esperanza, Canyon and Trabuco Hills high schools. The title game is set for 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
The Southern California Invitational, which starts Friday at Heritage Park in Irvine, features seven top teams from Northern California and Foothill and Long Beach Wilson, ranked Nos. 1 and 2 in the Southern Section Division I.
The title game is 6:20 p.m. Saturday.
