TONIGHT’S GAME
KANSAS CITY (9-4) at OAKLAND (6-7)
Channel 7, 6 p.m.
The Chiefs appear confused. In addition to losing, they are now moving forward with Rich Gannon at quarterback. The Raiders swiped the Dolphins’ playoff hopes last week, and will be looking for national redemption with a Monday night victory. Then they will begin their search for a new head coach.
--Say what: Running back Marcus Allen has 33 rushing touchdowns for the Chiefs since leaving the Raiders and needs one more to tie Ed Podolak for third in club history.
--Player to watch: Allen ran for 124 yards with a touchdown in the Chiefs’ six-point victory over the Raiders in last season’s game at Oakland.
--Finally: Coach Marty Schottenheimer has a 14-4 career mark against the Raiders, including three victories without a defeat against embattled Oakland Coach Mike White.
