Camarillo 20, Sherman Oaks Notre Dame 14--Camarillo (13-1) broke out to a 17-0 halftime lead and held on to win the Division III championship at Camarillo High School.

Alta Loma 26, Corona Centennial 16--Centennial committed three turnovers and gave up a safety in the second quarter and Alta Loma (13-1) turned those mistakes into 23 points in winning its second title in three years, in the Division IV final at the University of Redlands.

Hacienda Heights Wilson 34, Los Altos 13--Chris Ulibarri passed for three touchdowns to spark Wilson (14-0), which won only three games in 1995, to its first section championship, in the Division VI final at Mt. San Antonio College.

Yucca Valley 22, Los Angeles Cathedral 19--Kevin Lesko ran for two touchdowns and passed for a two-point conversion to lead the Trojans to the Division XI title at Yucca Valley High School.

San Pedro 22, Woodland Hills Taft 20--Melvin Yarbrough passed for two touchdowns to lead San Pedro to the City Division 4-A championship at the Coliseum.

Taft scored with 1:15 to play on quarterback Nick DiPadova’s two-yard run, but failed to recover the ensuing on-side kick.

Los Angeles Wilson 14, Van Nuys 7--Normann Epps’ sliding touchdown catch helped give Wilson a victory in the City Division 3-A championship at the Coliseum.
