St. John Bosco 47, Kennedy 40--Michael Calloway had 29 points and eight rebounds but the Golden Cougars fell in the Bell-Jeff tournament.

Six Kennedy turnovers led to an 11-0 run by the Braves (1-4) to close out the scoring.

Bell-Jeff 75, Campbell Hall 57--Rueben Douglas and Mike West each scored 18 points for the Guards in the Bell-Jeff tournament.

Bell-Jeff (4-1) used a 15-6 second-quarter run to take a 46-24 halftime lead.

Kevin Pullinger scored 12 points for the Vikings (5-2).

Sylmar 106, McNair 82--Robert Valentine scored 20 points and the Spartans romped in a first-round game of the Bell-Jeff tournament.

Brandon Jacobs and Daron Wilson each scored 15 points and Jeremiah Turner added 12 points and 12 rebounds for Sylmar (4-3).

Sylmar went on a 14-4 run in the second quarter en route to a 55-38 lead at halftime.

Culver City 59, Monroe 54--Mark Cumbiss scored 22 points, but the Vikings fell in the Bell-Jeff tournament.

Randy Greene scored 26 points for Culver City.

Eagle Rock 65, North Hollywood 64--DeJon Lee and Steve Steindt each scored 15 points, but the Huskies (2-5) lost in the Bell-Jeff tournament.

Mark Caguioa scored 30 points for Eagle Rock.

Palmdale 66, Saugus 62--Kevin Miller scored 23 points and Markus Carr had 13 points, including six of six from the free-throw line in the fourth quarter, and the Falcons (7-3) won at Saugus.

Major Sherard scored 29 points, including four three-point shots in the third quarter, for Saugus.

Crescenta Valley 63, Poly 55--Andrius Ragauskas had 19 points, including five three-point shots, for the Falcons in the second round of the Crescenta Valley tournament.

Ragauskas, a 6-foot-1 senior guard, made three three-point shots and had 11 points in the first quarter for the Falcons (1-1).
